Graphics Material Specifications

The America Supports You graphics will be produced on 3M premium fleet film that has a removable adhesive specially designed for trailer applications. The adhesive is pressure sensitive with clean removal for up to 5 years. The materials are warranted by 3M for up to 5 years application on smooth or smooth with rivet trailer substrates.

The graphics are produced in 48" wide x 103" tall panels that are digitally printed via a 300 dots per inch resolution 6-color ink jet printer. The graphics have a U. V. clear coat applied to protect the images from fading and washing. The trailers can be pressure washed and will not harm the graphics during the warranty period.

Application of the graphics takes place at the location where the trailers are based. A nationwide network of professionally trained, certified decal installers (click here to view map) apply the graphics directly to the trailer on an average of 6-8 hours per trailer. The trailers need to be pre-washed prior to application and can be on the road as soon as the graphics are applied. There is MINIMAL DOWN TIME associated with the application of these graphics.
